The client is an aviation group with operations worldwide. Besides its Passenger Airlines business segment, the company also comprises aviation services. This includes the Logistics, MRO and Catering segments in particular.

Your new role

As a specialist you will be the primary contact for the Airlines passengers, and you will be answering questions mostly regarding the flight reservations, cancellations and online check-in via phone.
